Late Arrival Policy: Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Depending on the situation, we may not be able to allow for the delay and as a result your service appointment time may be compressed, however you will be charged the full service price. If you are more than 15 minutes late for you appointment, a new appointment will have to be scheduled for you and a fee of half the price of scheduled service will need to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or not showing up for your appointment will result in a fee of half the service price, which must be paid before a new appointment will be accepted. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, all future appointments will be cancelled.
Refund Policy: Typically no refunds will be given on products or services but if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work together to resolve the issue. Please follow the after-care instructions from your beauty experts and don’t hesitate to to ask questions if you’re unsure.
